As some might already know, Customer Persona by Delve AI lets you create personas directly from your CRM data — all you need to do is connect your CRM account. HubSpot is an awesome CRM tool used by people worldwide, and it is also on our list of apps available for integration.
With Delve AI being listed on HubSpot’s app marketplace, it’s now easier than before to generate customer personas using your HubSpot CRM data.
Simply Log In to your HubSpot account, go to the app marketplace, and type “Delve AI” in the search bar. Click on the result that shows up and hit the Install app button. You will then be directed to our Customer Persona page.
Like HubSpot, sign up or log in to Delve AI. Go to Persona Generator > Customer Persona in the sidebar menu. Then, click on the Buy Now (if you haven’t bought a plan yet) or Connect CRM (after you’ve purchased a plan) button.
Finally, choose HubSpot from the list of options provided.
On the screen that pops up, provide all the necessary authentications. Once we have the permissions, we will pull your customer, company, and products/services-related data to build your personas.

Once integrated with HubSpot, Delve AI takes your CRM data and analyzes it, then enriches it with publicly available data. The result? Rich, detailed personas of your customers segmented by demographics, psychographics, firmographics, transactions, behaviors, and geographies.
Each persona comes to life with names, demographics, quotes, locations, and detailed behavioral patterns. You'll generate 3 to 6 unique segments for your business, usually demarcated as “High-Value Customer,” “Low-Value Customer,” “One-Time Buyer,” and “Repeat Customer.”
B2B personas based on your HubSpot CRM data will be highlighted in green, as seen above, while B2C personas are highlighted in blue. The best part is that all of these personas are auto-generated and auto-updated, so you don’t have to worry about their accuracy and relevance to your business.
